The Para Learn to Swim, One to One program encourages physical literacy development in the water through play and skill development. The overall goal is to develop the necessary skills of a high-performance athlete.
Since this program is running with a one to one ratio swimmer to instructor the program will be much more individualized for the athlete in the program. Contact Shelby Newkirk at shelby@laserswimming.ca to see if this program would be appropriate for your athlete.

- Water Safety (bobs, blowing bubbles)
